Problem 2

Assignments of released operations adhere to time constraints, so released operations will also be shifted into the future. If the "Released operations assignment method" method property of the Assign privileged operations command is set to "Time fixed," then even if the previous process operation "Receiving 1" returns to its original position for some reason after this, the released operations will not return to their original time even if they are rescheduled.

Time fence
Even when the "Released operations assignment method" property is set to "Bring forward," the time constraint with the previous process is observed, so it is inevitable that other operations will interrupt the free time on the left side when the previous process is moved to the future. The reason for this is that released operations are assigned by the "Assign privileged operations" command, while scheduled operations are assigned by another command such as the "Assign manufacturing orders" command, which is still free to assign to any available time. If you want to assign a new operation after a certain time (sometimes called a time fence), use the scheduling parameter Assignment start time (Command_AssignmentStartTime) or User specified EST (Command_UserEST). If you want to set a time fence for each resource, you can set such a time for the resource in a user property, etc., and refer to it in the User specified EST of the scheduling parameter.
